How is the ECAT aggregate calculated?
The official formula gives 70% to FSc and 30% to the ECAT:
Aggregate % = (FSc marks ÷ 1200) × 70 + (ECAT score ÷ 400) × 30
Worked example
- FSc: 1056/1200 → (1056 ÷ 1200) × 70 = 61.60
- ECAT: 320/400 → (320 ÷ 400) × 30 = 24.00
- Total aggregate = 85.60%
