How is the PIEAS Test aggregate calculated?
The official formula gives 15% weight to matric, 25% to FSc and 60% to the PIEAS Test:
Aggregate % = (Matric marks ÷ 1200) × 15 + (FSc marks ÷ 1200) × 25 + (PIEAS Test score ÷ 100) × 60
Worked example
- Matric: 1104/1200 → (1104 ÷ 1200) × 15 = 13.80
- FSc: 1056/1200 → (1056 ÷ 1200) × 25 = 22.00
- PIEAS Test: 80/100 → (80 ÷ 100) × 60 = 48.00
- Total aggregate = 83.80%
